PKR999 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Creating an account on behalf of a minor, or allowing a minor to use your account, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
Each player may hold only one active PKR999 account. Operating multiple accounts — even under different names or phone numbers — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited without notice.
All transactions on PKR999 are conducted in Pakistani rupees. There are no currency conversion fees. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, or Visa/Mastercard.
All promotional bonuses credited to your PKR999 account are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable as cash. Attempting to withdraw a bonus before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being voided.
Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, use automated betting tools, or coordinate with other players to gain an unfair advantage is a direct breach of PKR999's Terms. Such behaviour results in immediate account termination with no payout.
PKR999 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal above Rs 10,000. Acceptable documents include CNIC, passport, and proof of registered payment method. Accounts that fail KYC will have withdrawals held pending verification.

If you provide false information regarding your age or identity, PKR999 will terminate your account, void all associated transactions, and withhold any balance pending legal review. We take underage gaming extremely seriously and cooperate fully with any relevant investigations.
Each individual may register and maintain only one PKR999 account. If PKR999 identifies that a single individual holds multiple accounts — regardless of the name, phone number, or payment method used — all accounts will be suspended immediately. Any balance held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited and not returned.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your PKR999 account. This includes your full legal name (matching your CNIC), a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a registered payment method in your own name. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PKR999 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any other person. PKR999 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your login details secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support@pkr999.ws immediately.
PKR999 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any credits, bonuses, or winnings associated with it to any third party.
PKR999 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani rupees (PKR). PKR999 does not charge any transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit. PKR999 may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal above Rs 10,000. Withdrawals associated with accounts under investigation for fraud, bonus abuse, or Terms violations will be held pending review. PKR999 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
An account that has not been logged into for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. PKR999 reserves the right to deduct a dormancy administration fee of Rs 200 per month from dormant account balances after the 12-month period, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players are notified by email before dormancy fees begin.
PKR999 will never ask you to share your payment PIN, OTP, or password with support staff. Any message requesting this information is fraudulent — report it immediately.
All bonuses and promotions offered by PKR999 are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out here. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general terms.
Unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus credits awarded by PKR999 must be wagered a minimum of 25 times (25×) the bonus amount before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 25,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates on PKR999 are:
PKR999 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, and coordinating with other players to split bonus benefits. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided and may be permanently closed at PKR999's discretion.
All PKR999 bonus credits expire 30 days after they are credited to your account if the wagering requirement has not been met. Expired bonuses and any associated pending winnings are forfeited automatically.
All games available on PKR999 are governed by individual game rules published within the game client. By placing a bet on any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules. In the event of a dispute, PKR999's game logs constitute the definitive record of bets placed and outcomes received.
PKR999 is not responsible for any bets placed during a technical malfunction, network interruption, or period of platform maintenance. Bets placed during such periods may be voided and stakes returned at PKR999's discretion. PKR999 will not honour bets placed at clearly erroneous odds or payouts resulting from technical errors.
For PSL Betting and other sports markets, PKR999 reserves the right to void bets on any market where the result is affected by circumstances outside normal gameplay — including match fixing investigations, weather abandonment, or official result reversals by the governing body.
PKR999 is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
PKR999 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and financial intelligence units. Any account suspected of fraudulent activity will be suspended immediately pending investigation. PKR999 reserves the right to withhold any funds associated with suspected fraud for up to 180 days pending investigation outcome.
PKR999 may request identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal above Rs 10,000, or if unusual account activity is detected. KYC verification typically requires submission of:
Documents must be submitted in a clear, unmodified digital format. PKR999 will review submitted documents within 48 hours under normal circumstances. Withdrawals associated with accounts under KYC review will be processed once verification is successfully completed. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 14 days of a request may be suspended and balances held pending compliance review.
PKR999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering on PKR999, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.
Your personal data is used for: account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, processing payments, improving the platform, and sending communications about your account and relevant promotions. PKR999 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC service providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by PKR999. Requests should be sent to support@pkr999.ws. Note that we may be required to retain certain data for compliance or legal purposes even after account closure.
You may close your PKR999 account at any time by contacting support@pkr999.ws. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 working days, provided all withdrawal conditions have been met and no fraud or bonus abuse investigation is pending.
PKR999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice if the account holder has: breached these Terms in any material way; provided false identity information; engaged in fraud, money laundering, or collusion; been found to hold multiple accounts; failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or behaved abusively toward PKR999 staff.
Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may do so through their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is taken seriously at PKR999 — excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period under any circumstances. Remaining balances are returned after permanent exclusion.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PKR999 shall not be liable for: any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform; any losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, or third-party service disruptions beyond PKR999's reasonable control; or any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.
PKR999's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits PKR999's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
